Place was excellent modern and stunningly beautiful, greatly enjoyed the stay.

Fairly clean and the staff was really helpful. The room we had included climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave. The bed was great; and there was a bath. The location in the middle of jackson was convenient for us. It was around 10-15 minutes walk from Portillo's Hot Dogs, serving fast food.

Location was near several attractions and transportation options. Breakfast had a nice selection and was complimentary. The room itself was clean and had a good amount of space.

The pool was unpleasantly murky and had bugs and hair floating in it. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bed wasn't as comfortable as expected.

The bed in the room was very comfortable and the shower had great products that made for a luxurious experience. The room was also kept very clean throughout our stay. The hotel was located in close proximity to a variety of local attractions and restaurants.

Our romantic escape was ruined by several negative aspects of the hotel. The parking situation was very frustrating as handicap spaces were taken by those who did not have handicap plates or stickers, and the front desk did not seem concerned with addressing this issue.

We had a great time at this hotel! The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the amenities too, such as the wonderful shower products provided. In the morning, we enjoyed a tasty breakfast and my son was ecstatic over the waffles. The location was perfect, with various attractions nearby and easy access to the city. Additionally, the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the shower products were amazing. The pool was a decent size and perfect for keeping an eye on our kids. Breakfast was nice, with delicious waffles and the staff was friendly.

The pool was a great size for my kids, and I felt comfortable being able to keep an eye on them at all times. Our hotel room was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The shampoos and conditioners provided worked wonders on our hair after a day in the pool.
